Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Thefirstparents
- In case of cancellation of the appointment by practitioners/ by Thefirstparents due to any reasons, three options are available to the user:
- He may ask for rescheduling the appointment with same or different practitioner, or
- He may claim a refund of the pending session payment, or
- The advance payment may be added as credit in the account of the consumer and be adjusted in due course for future consultations within one-month time.
Cancellation by User before the date of service:

- Cancellation in case of single session/consultation
- Cancellations made before 24 hours of scheduled session date; you will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled session date, no refund will be made
- Cancellation in case of multiple session or package
If you buy a package of multiple sessions with an 100% advance payment. In case of cancellation, refund will be issued based on below scenarios. - If cancellation is made prior to consuming the 50% sessions of the package, the refund will be made based on no. of sessions left multiplied by per session rate (where the per session rate will not be calculated as Total package cost divided by total no of session in the package, The per session rate will be the STANDARD rate which are charged by practitioner to provide the individual session which are generally higher than a package per session charges)

- Cancellation by Thefirstparents
In case, User has paid for the service and due to any reason if not availing the session(s) for more than one month, the service will stand automatically cancelled. User is eligible to get the refund of pending session in such cases however he/she has to raise a (written) refund request within one-month time from the date of automatic cancellation.

- Refund with respect to services will be subjected to the sole discretion of Thefirstparents and will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy mentioned above.
- Please note that all returns and related procedures shall be carried out by the third-party seller(s) whose products have been purchased by You. Therefore, Thefirstparents shall not be liable for any loss, damages, action, claim or liability arising out of or in connection with any act, omission or negligence of such a third-party seller with respect to the return of purchased product(s).
- In case a Practitioner is not available to provide the scheduled consultation, you can report the issue to Thefirstparents and request for cancellation, post which Thefirstparents will process the refund amount equaling to the total actual amount paid by You, including any internet handling fees.
- In the event it is proved that a practitioner has acted in a manner that is against any applicable laws or in an abusive manner, Thefirstparents may provide refund either wholly or in part to You, subject to an investigation undertaken by Thefirstparents.
- In the event it is proved that You have demonstrated abusive nature during the consult, you shall not be eligible for any refund and Thefirstparents/Practitioner shall be entitled to take any legal action as applicable.
- In the case where the user does not show at scheduled appointment/consult, without cancelling, rescheduling or informing the Practitioner or Thefirstparents, the user shall not be liable for any refund.
